Property data

• RERA Check shows what MahaRERA's own project search lists at the moment of the check. Being listed is not proof that a registration is valid — confirm its validity and expiry on the official MahaRERA record before any payment.
• MHADA dates are copied from MHADA's notices and can change. Apply only on MHADA's official portals.
• Bank auctions: Zoreja does not list auctions itself; it links to official portals such as BAANKNET and IBAPI. Auction properties are sold "As Is Where Is".

AI

Some tools use AI — Google Gemini reads floor plans, suggests possible RERA numbers and powers Zora. AI can be wrong; check the official source before you act.
