Refund & Cancellation Policy

During the beta: no payments

Zoreja is in beta and takes no payments. New accounts start with 0 credits. During the beta, the Zoreja team may add free beta credits to a tester's account by hand. Credits cannot be bought, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and do not expire. Because nothing is paid, there is no money to refund.

When credits are used

The cost is always shown before you use a tool.

• RERA Check: 3 free checks, then 49 credits for each confirmed result. A search that does not confirm a project uses nothing.
• Vastu Analysis: 3 free every 90 days, then 19 credits each.
• Presentation Maker: 3 free one-pagers, then 29 credits each. Downloading the same one-pager again is free.

When a tool fails

If RERA Check, Vastu Analysis or Presentation Maker fails to deliver a result because of an error on our side, the credits — or the free use — are returned to your account automatically. Credits used for a delivered result are not returned.

After the beta

When payments begin, Channel Partners will be able to subscribe for ₹999 a month (after beta). We will publish the paid terms, including refunds, before we take any payment, and you will always see the price before you pay.

Email zoreja.connect@gmail.com with any question about credits. You can stop using Zoreja at any time; to have your account and data erased, see the Privacy Policy. Unused beta credits have no cash value and are not paid out.
