How to Read a RERA Registration Before You Book

23 June 20263 min read

Every registered project has a RERA number. It is your first proof that the project is real and approved. If a builder cannot share it, treat that as a red flag.

Once you have the number, check three things. The completion date the builder has promised, the approved plan, and whether there are any complaints on record. All of this is public.

This five-minute check can save you from a stuck project. Never pay a booking amount before you confirm the RERA status.

How Zoreja helps: RERA Check pulls up a project by number or name and gives you a clean summary in seconds.
